Treatment of Hindus in PAK & Bangaladesh
It is seen Hindus in Pak and Bangladesh are harassed and threatened to leave their country very often. However, the Muslims in India are living peacefully and on the contrary they threaten Hindus in different ways either to convert themselves in to their religion or to die at their hands.(Example. Late Ramalingam of Pollachi, Coimbatore district who was killed because he advice certain Muslims no to try for conversion) Hence what GOI should do is 1.Amend the Constitution in such a way that it tells explicitly that no persons of any religion should try convert persons of any other religion and they have right only to profess their own religion peacefully, without hindrance to other people.. Not to use cone type loudspeakers in any religious places, (temples, Masques, Churches, other worship places etc) that disturbs the tranquility of the area, 3. National dress code in public must be defined, 4. Canvassing on the streets/roads and public places, near other religious places for conversion are not to be allowed, 5.Controversial talks/ writings, distributing books, pamphlets cassettes etc on religion or religious matters or writing or telecasting or showing in films by any way are to be prohibited, 6.Religious intolerance speeches,should be curbed at any cost and those who practice this either in small groups within a small precincts or big congregation should be arrested and sent behind the bars. more

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMPT IMPLEMENTATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATES OF UNION OF INDIA ? Whom to Ask / Urge / Demand ? Where is Citizen Responsibility ? Where is Rule of Law ? Where is Sovereign Status ? Where is Justice and Judiciary ? WHERE IS PUNISHMENT ON BREACH OF PROMISE MADE IN HOUSES OF PEOPLE AND UPPER Houses ? Who is the Authority of Constitution ? What is National Integrity ? What is the Status of Individual Right/ Liberty ? ARE POLITICAL LEADERS ABOVE LAW, CONSTITUTION, JUSTICE AND PRESIDENT ? Who clarifies ? When ? ALL THESE ISSUES AND QUESTIONS WILL BE UN-ANSWERED as long as H'BLE President and Supreme Court realize.
