TROUBLE FROM LOCAL GROUPS
my unit is in developing zone maharashtra near nasik. We have recruited all local ladies without discrimination. But some local groups doung caste politi s are forcing us to appoint their members.
The record is bad of these group. The main person is ex sarpanch & now indirectly controling sarpanch. He is threatning other industries in region & making trouble.
Suggest how to handle such problem more

The Most Wanted Criminals Groups are FILMS & WOMEN Based Second Most Wanted are Drugs Distributors/Mafia & Third Most Wanted are Builders Criminals Group as Property related and Agents. more

Suggest you build a strong relationship with your current team of workers and involve them in those aspects relating to their employment and welfare. A good and progressive Industrial relations head in your team is an asset. This acts as a counter to others who attempt to extort or disrupt operations. Avoid going to court - it takes you nowhere. more

That is terrible and entrepreneurs have to face this in the developing zones yet we must pacify them first else they will keep giving troubles in future also. Rationally tell them or train one or two ladies from this group and find if they want to learn and take police protection simultaneously. more
