Two way interaction in Local Circles

The increase in comments that are being posted in this local circle web site will actually shows its success. As said the ministers might be intimated by the local circle members and the same is getting telecast ed by some means. It could be both ruling or opposite party what as public we need is words into action. more  

Make and distribute E news letter to all members. If circle is not able to impact govt then it is useless.Involve generous donors. Employ staff. Regroup at state and district level.Hire lawyers for putting PIL etc. In India we satify ourselves with sensitization of issue only & never take decisive action like swacchta programs. Let retired army pensioners do this job if interested. more  

According to me, it is the chain process that makes these problem. For example people are not getting minimum wage from the companies and in farming, etc., in turn they stand in front of the government to get subsidy. So as to compensate the economic fall of the country they get the help from the rich people. These people were tempted for lobbying and they get into trouble along with so many other ministers and committee members. Few of the rich people running companies have been compelled to get a loan amount of Rs.11000 crore by the government to get income to the government which made them to face lot of financial problems. The amount which MTNL has to receive from the government is very huge. The big issue talked in the parliament was sanctioning a huge amount to a company which involves in flight running. It was told that this sector after undertaken by private is running by profit already they have not repaid some crores then how the banks were able to sanction further more amount. Is it on the basis that they are paying the interest?? What is my question is few of the big VIP's and business man get loan not because they face financial problem but to get tax exception as they pay interest and second think is capital gain will be very huge than the meager interest they pay for the banks. Whether any verification or the strategy or rules are being followed by the banks in this issue??? It was also told that oil companies are facing financial problem of some thousand crore from the time these products price raised in the world market. A part of the tax income will be given to the oil companies is good for them. From their point if we see how many years if this amount is given will these companies will be able to come out of these problems?? every one who sits in Finance minister should really take care of their health's too and ensure that they are stress free. The congress party knows better about this because the finance minister was taken by three important minister so as to make the economical growth after so many trials it was again given to Mr. Chidambaram. One side we need to appreciate these people on the other hand are they not given so many officers to work with them?? Even then why only ministers checked their capability and not the bureaucrats??? more  

The inability of the Executive to address the needed Reforms and implementation of the Citizen requirements due to the Topmost supremacy of the Legislature that is not working in coordination with the Executive , made these our localcircles.com also to sail in the same boat and is natural . We have to find-out the remedial procedure to tap the Supreme Court forming a separate Circle in the name of or in any other name , " Public Interest & Grievances Circle " . This will help the localcircles.com and also the Central Government to get may cleared through the Supreme Court based on the Suits that can be urged at public interest . more
