PF withdrawal lock form online Portal
Hello,
i have UAN account & i was withdraw PF...when i was going to withdraw my "employer PF"..claim was rejected on portal..this was happend 3 time but the 4 time attempt it was shows
"MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ONLINE CLAIM SUBMISSION EXCEED PLEASE SUBMIT CLAIM THROUGH PHYSICAL MODE"
please help...what should i do... more

Firstly, please ensure that your aadhaar no. is updated in kyc and verified by UIDAI. Also ensure your Bank details given in KYC is approved by your employer. Then, try to submit online claim. Even then error comes, please submit physical form after getting signature and seal of your employer at appropriate place. more

Dear go to your PF office as reception PF claim foam fill it then go to your company asK them to FILL YOUR PF NO on foam and signature and seal . Submit to your PF office they will give you one receipt for your reference after 15 days you will of amount. They will be sending to your bank account. Thanks more

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ONLINE CLAIM SUBMISSION EXCEED PLEASE SUBMIT CLAIM THROUGH PHYSICAL MODE" Can you try to cancel the old pending online application for with draw online portal. Again apply online by updating your KYC in your portal. Physical mode may not be accept by PF dept. more

Simply filled form no-19 and endorsed by your employer and they will submitted the form PF office. But your bank A/C no updated with PF office. more

U did not mention the reason of rejections. However now u can take physical form 19 and fillip the same and sbmit to ur employe then he will process and sent to PF office physically after doing all formalities more
