UAN Passwd is LOST and number is changed, Help !

HI,
My UAN number is - 100088218761
My Registered Mobile number is changed to 9250522469 (presently active number) from the earlier Registered num -- 9990943395 (which is inactive now) and also i forgotten the login password.
MY present PF Acnt No - KN/26541/1697.

I created an request on UAN helpdesk with same reason, BUt after a week , i got a massage from EPFO that my UAN number is inactive/unregistered which is false.

this thing happened to me several times, and i am not able to resolve my issue and not able to access to UAN number.

Please suggest me the resolution, i am in big trouble bcz of this.
