Uber Taxi and Drivers

I booked Uber Taxi on 25th Dec.2018 near Nirmal Tower,Barakhamba Road,New Delhi. The driver confirmed on my mobile that reaching shortly. After waiting 15minutes, the drive cancelled the trip and Uber debited an amount of Rs.43/- from my Paytem account with not fault of mine. It is cheating with the assistance of Uber company. The same thing happened last month near Odean Cinema,Connaught Place,New Delhi where I waited for more than 30minutes. more  

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE NO AND NO MAIL-ID OF UBER TAXI more

On 25 dec I booked the Uber from Delhi to Jagadhri-Haryana, around 1.15 pm. Mr.Ravi was the driver. He cancelled the trip of his own and I was put to trouble at the last moment. and I had to use another means. Later on 29 dec when i again booked the Uber at 6.15 am, i came to know from the App that Rs.105/- has been charged extra as outstanding amount- cancellation charges for the trip cancelled by driver on 25 dec. how can I be responsible/at fault when the trip is cancelled by driver. cancellation charges can be lavied if i had cancelled the trip. Again when i booked the Uber on 29th, the fare from Delhi to Jagadhri, Haryana, at 6.15 am, the fare was shown as 3929/-. it is not mentioned whether this fare was for dropping only or including the return also. the driver was insisting that it is for dropping only and i will have to pay extra same amount for return also. from the comparison of fares between delhi-chandigarh, 260km, fare 2900/- and delhi-jagadhri,210km,fare 3929/- it is evident that fare for delhi-chandigarh is one way, dropping only, whereas it is including return also for delhi-jagadhri. this aspect of one way/both ways be cleared while booking the cab/taxi so that drivers don't take advantage of missing information as they are demanding extra money for return journey for which the fare is already included.. I immediately lodged the complaint on help column of Uber app and awaiting their action for refund of charges. more  
Sir you can raise a request through the app for reversal of the charges & it is generally done within 24 hours. more  
This has happened to me on more than one occasion. I have complained about it to their website. They never replied. It looks like the drivers are not much in their control. We do not have any alternative either. more
