Uber’s pathetic shunning of responsibility
There has ought to be a limit to not taking responsibility. Uber in media (attached) said yesterday that they are just connecting driver and consumer and do not have any responsibility of your safety and drivers conduct.

If the driver back out or over charges, the service provider should be held responsible. If video is prepared, Uber can be taken to consumer court. more

yes agree Govt is not able to control them and in india businesses are not done in a honest way and always consumers bear the burden of it and by the time these govt wakes up it is very late . more
