Ugly politics

Praful Patel’s property in CeeJay house in Mumbai was attached by enforcement agencies in a money laundering case & 4 floors which belongs to him was under question. Looks like more cases like this compelled him to switch sides, end of the day for many it’s power & money which matters!

This is the same minister who brought Air India to its bad state that it went bust. How can the Central Government even think of bringing him as a minister.

Sorry but voters deserve a lot better than this. more

How about those who increase the purchasing power of a poor by giving many free/subsidies services. It is a different matter if those favors make a man docile and a parasite to an extent. more
Such political move may be a game changer in future. We are now in a whimsical environment. Political situation brought it in a fluid state. So nothing is predictable. We have to wait & see now. more
Whatever said and done, corruption can not be rooted out from Indian Politics. I feel practically 99.9% Political parties are Corrupt. more
The end game is to remain live in politics. If you are in power, you can do good or bad things to the nation. At the end, we have to chose a party which keeps national interest on the top. At this point in time we don't have a better option than BJP at the centre. more
I entirely agree with Shailesh Deshmukh. However I would like to add that there are many such alleged corrupt persons - Ajot Pawar, Chhgan Bhujbal, Narayan Rane and many others. Every one of these names should be repeated in every such Post for not allowing people to forget them. I also agree with Manuel Aaron (Retired person living in Adyar) that any person who changes party ,possibly for such reasons, should not be voted at all so that his deposit is lost in the election. People have to be awakened. Huge task, but has to be done. R.Y. Kutumbe. more
