Unable to file House tax return
Last year also I uploaded all previous years receipts on the website but this year again to my surprise it is showing no record found when I enter the registered mobile number / UPIC/ property ID.
No one picks up the phone numbers provided on the website and there is no response after I sent email to the email address of support mentioned on the website and even from the Commissioner of MCD.
I have already wasted several hours trying to search for my property details in last few days.
I am unable to understand why was there a need to migrate to a new website when the old one was working fine. And even if they migrated to a new website, why hasn't all the data been migrated timely to the new website.
What should I do now? more
