Unable to file House tax return
I used to file house tax online since past many years and I used to appreciate how easy it was to file it online on the previous website. But since past 2-3 years, with the launch of new website, I am facing a lot of problem in it. Two years back, details of property had vanished from the new website and I sent several mails after which after a long time, towards the end of June, I received a response that sone details available have been uploaded on the website and I had to fill remaining details again.
Last year also I uploaded all previous years receipts on the website but this year again to my surprise it is showing no record found when I enter the registered mobile number / UPIC/ property ID.
No one picks up the phone numbers provided on the website and there is no response after I sent email to the email address of support mentioned on the website and even from the Commissioner of MCD.
I have already wasted several hours trying to search for my property details in last few days.
I am unable to understand why was there a need to migrate to a new website when the old one was working fine. And even if they migrated to a new website, why hasn't all the data been migrated timely to the new website.
What should I do now?

Yes, works. Go to MCD (main) website. Click on Online Services (top right). Select your zone. Click on Property Tax. Now use the portal that opens up. Log in and pay.

After repeated trials, found a solution to the problem being faced in paying house tax. Do not search for house tax on internet and try paying through the website that appears. That will work only for particular areas - mainly south delhi. MCD is still continuing with old three websites of different regions but they have not mentioned it specifically anywhere. Go to MCD (main) website. Click on Online Services (top right). Select your zone. Click on Property Tax. Now use the portal that opens up.

MCD site error attached. हम और आप कर दाता एमसीडी पर भरोसा करते हैं, परंतु उनका ये हाल। वहां बैठा बाबू लेकिन है बिल्कुल निश्चित। तभी तो ऐसा हुए जा रहा है। उसकी नौकरी बनी रहेगी क्योंकि कर देगी को ऑफलाइन किया गया है। Regressive attitude - "जैसे चलता है, ऐसे ही चलते रहना दो"। Imagine the hours wasted manifold.
