Unattended complaint
One day i got a call from paytm that i have won a contest. Firstly i didnt believe what they said. But then i got 2-3 calls from paytm department. They told me i have won a refrigerator. Then they told me that i have to Buy products worth Rs. 5000 to get this gift. So i bought one oven from paytm. Then they told me that i have to pay Rs.9999 as a charges for this product. So i paid this also. After they payment of Rs.14999 , suddenly there is no reply from paytm. And i haven't received the oven yet n not even refund of Rs.14999 after registering the complaint on paytm and other online sites too. more

You appears to be trying to malign Paytm by posting such stories in the name of Anonymous? If you were genuine, what prevented you from posting it with your name and identity? However, greed always leads to fraud and hope you learnt it now? more

Please do NOT trust any incoming calls pretending to be from any Company / Agency - even if they have all details, let them give you a Reference Code and then call Customer Care of the Agency to activate based on the reference Number. If they cannot give you a reference number, its a scam which has nothing to do with the Company they claim to be representing. Don't blame the company if you cannot exercise discretion yourself. more

My suggestion will be to get guidance from the NATIONAL HELP LINE for the consumers @ 1600 11 4000.THIS PAYTM IS A CHEAT COMPANY.But you must not let go.Meanwhile, lodge a COMPLAIN with the LOCAL POLICE STATION immediately. more
