Unauthorised passengers and unhygenic blankets

I was traveling by "Duranto" train no. 12289 from CSMT to Nagpur. my reservation PNR No. was 8700847906.
Train left CSMT at 8-15 P.M. on 09-03-2018. I went to bed around 9-30 P.M. I woke up sometimes around mid night or a little later for urine call. I found it very difficult to reach toilet as passage was full of people sleeping. I also found every floor space between the six berths was occupied by sleepers. I also found similar situation in adjacent coach. There were sleeping persons near the doors of coach. I also found that persons sleeping on the floor were using similar blankets provided as bed rolls to passengers. These blankets were spread on the floor and were naturally stepped on with shoes/chappals etc. There are three issues in this:
1. Security of passengers and their belongings - As unauthorized entry of unknown/unrecorded persons is there. Responsible person is coach conductor/ticket checker of the coach.
2. Health of unknown passengers is compromised. As the blankets are not washed after single use these trampled blankets will be used by some passengers and could get affected by germs carried through shoes and chappals of today's passengers. As these blankets may be used in any train the germs may travel from Kashmir to Kanyakumari or Mumbai to Dibrugadh.
3. There is great likelihood of corruption at the level of ticket checker and Bedroll service agency. Ticket checker normally will not allow unauthorized passenger to travel in reserved compartment without some consideration and similarly the agency may be hand in glove with the attendant in supply of bed rolls to persons without valid reservation.
Possible action expected:
1. Ticket checker should be punished with stoppage of increment and promotion for at least 3 years. 2. The agency should be black listed and contract withdrawn at the earliest opportunity, on arranging for alternate agency. The agencies attendant should be bared from employment by any of the railway agency or contractor.
I am attaching six photographs taken of the coach and adjacent coach.

Hope concerned authorities or their representatives are members of local circles. It was told that local circles is considered as place to vent public problems and govt departments take it as feed back. If so we may expect some action. more
This corruption should be stopped. Railway special task should visit time to time for the security of passengers & TTE of the coach who are allowing them. We ask then what is the reason to take this higher rate tickets to travel in such trains ? more
Lodge your complaint On line to railway Ministry, so also to the relevant Station Master. more
Nothing wrong. Railway is private property of our haffttakhor Babus and they are free to do anything. Who will stop them, just tell me. Go on writing this. Our shameless limpettes are least bothered about you. You continue barking, they continue running private business. more
there is another problem, people fron N.Delhi to Udaipur it is 12 hrs, journey when you are travelling sleeper class ,while booking ticket online there no option for pillow n shhet or blankets , when you are boarded there is no provsion for bedding, very bad more
Please forward the photos to the railway Minister for suitable action. Ticketless travelling is rampant in railways. The TTEs/support staff make handsome money daily without any fear. I had never seen any flying squad checking the boggies during day/night to keep a check on ticketless travelling by paying bribes ti TTEs. Since every wing to IR is sunk in corruption, the only solution is to privatize it on priority for the benefit of passengers. Private sector will provide better services and cheaper fares as in the case of airlines. more
Unless severe action is taken against TTE or conductor it will happen Sr Officers of Railways should be informed about this for action more
