Unauthorized construction in flats
Hi,
Wanted to know if extension or permanent construction with solid pillars, roof etc. can be done in the open balcony of a DDA flat? In our locality, it is being done fearlessly, no one has the guts to oppose, because of political clout that the owner has! Even RWA is against the construction but can't do anything.
Please advise. more

There are 75000+Buildings unauthorized in only one district at THANE. Approved figure BUT NO Action. Do one can say that while such construction under way none of the AUTHORITY is aware about???? It is the Vote bank. NOW the solution is to regularize the same by a single GR like that of every election Five years unauthorized Ceiling date modified since 1995 onward. Should Law abiding people and society at large sustain the same?????? more

The root cause of the problem has to be resolved. That we, ordinary citizens can not do. I think all this unauthorized construction work will continue in colonies. After one, same type of work has started in other flats in my colony!! This is in-spite of the fact that our RWA is also against it but cannot do anything because of the power and money of some people. more

अशोक जी , आपसे सहमत होते हुये पुनः दोहराना चाहता हूँ की अनियमित एवं गैर कानूनी निर्माण पर बंदिश हम लगा सकते है पर उत्तर प्रदेश मे लोग संगठित होते है अनियमित निर्माण के पच्छ मे ना की बंदिश के लिए - सहारा स्टेट्स मे जो RWA है वह स्वयं संलग्न है अतिक्रमण एवं अनियमित निर्माण जो बिक्रय विलेख के प्रावधानों के विपरीत तो है ही उत्तर प्रदेश अपार्टमेंट एक्ट,2010 के प्रावधानों का भी उलंघन है और ज़िला प्रशाशन का पूर्ण सहयोग उन्हे प्राप्त है - क्या बहुमत यदि 2+2=7 कहती है तो वह सही है ? more
