Unauthorized n fraudulent sale of house
My house in delhi was put on sale on Magicbricks.com by the occupant. My house has got possession notice by bank under Serfaeci act and hence even I cant sell. I am only owner of the house.
I have made a complaint with cyber cell by speed post around 15 days back but still no reaponse. I am asking them to investigate and register a FIR.
Pls guide, what yo do. more

It appears that some facts r missing / chain is not complete. However nothing to fear. This work can b done. more

If the sarfaesi notice is not in your name and you have not taken the loan, file petition in DRT immediately to stop possession and sale. Email me on deepak1309@gmail.com for any further advice more

Under the SARFAESI ACT 2002, the borrower defaults payment with 6 months, then the bank gives 60 days to repay the loan, otherwise they auction the house. So if this take care of, then your house cannot be sold. You have the authority to find out. more
