under which act i can claim the salary paid to my servant?
hi, is there any act to claim the amount which we usually paid to servants who are working at our home? in my case, i have a house keeping person who support to my parent to keep my home clean and we use to pay 2K every month through bank transaction. so, cant we claim that amount? if so, could you please help me to find the act where i can file it.
