1. No reservation what so ever. Everything on merit. All admission purely on merit basis.
2. For poor but meritorious students, fees may be borne by government who get admission based on merit.
3. Number of engineering, medical, architect seats should have direct correlation with number of population. As per normal standard prevailing internationally, only that much number of colleges to be established. No more no less. e.g. 1 doctor or 1 engineer for x number of population.
4. No automatic pass. Every standard must have tough passing as earlier. The nation requires people of all classes to do different kinds of work like peon, safai, clerk, officer, ceo, doctors, engineers, architects, plumbers, carpenters, industrial workers, jewellers, police, defence etc. If every one becomes Ssc pass automatically, then every one shall require peon or clerks job only. Because they are now qualified. But if passing made compulsory for each standard, then they will do job as per their quality and interest. Both are equally important.
5. Give recognition and number and grade to each colleges. Give them wide publicity and have government website for people to know. Once student get admission in 5ese colleges, only by merit, then fees to be looked into by government depending on parent income.
After this, chances of ph.d applying for peon job will be remote. more
