Unethical Charges of Mobile Service Providers

Today I had a really bad experience with Vodafone. They disconnected my very very old prepaid no which was with lifetime validity. Now I have to recharge with minimum Rs. 35 every month to keep it working.
If TRIA has approved this then this is bullshit. TRIA has no rights to do this. This is our money they are playing with. How can this be done to us? more

Even my Cell phone went dead after a short notice. I paid Rs 35 to revive my phone which had full talk time of Rs 250 unused. I tried to use up all that money, but they set a trap of free data 100MB and in no time all my money gone ! more
nothing more can be expected from greedy foreign origin company. If u do not any future prob Switch to Jio or BSNL. more
Had BSNL made preparation much ahead of all such competitors, BSNL would have been the leader, BSNL's connectivity, speed, the call drop etc; should have been much better ,instead of copying the methodology of pricing, tariff plans it could have followed simple tariff n plans, these invited companies could have no scope of making advts.with rosy offers.

Let's not forget that to all such foreign players the satellite windows bands are sold by our own govt charging them heavily, so as per the business fundas of payback period of their investments they have made, each one wants the return of their investments much faster, rest all time may be their profits, after deducting the maintenance charges.

Even after govt.directive the spam n promotional calls are still disturbing many, inspite of opting out of such calls or messages. What happened to call drops movement, it is observed that it has increased. The moment one contacts the BSNL number the voice message will play ,krupaya line per babe Raje, thodihi dermei, aapaka call uthayenge. This few seconds are whether free or added to your call time? Who knows.

There are many great areas in the entire business. more
The slogan of "life time validity" was only to attract the customers. With the competition being stiff, the service providers wants to overlook all assurances given earlier. more
To my knowledge life time also has a specified date of expiry though after long period. May be cases where the disconnection is done before that it can be taken up in the consumer forum in the specific local circle or case filed on line In the mean time after representing and complaints port to others. more
THESE COMPANIES ARE STARVING FOR MONEY THAT IS WHY THEY ARE PLAYING THESE DIRTY GAMES. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL LOOSE THE REMAINING CUSTOMERS ALSO BY USING THESE GAMES. PUBLIC WILL SHIFT TO JIO. TO REMAIN IN THE MARKET, THEY SHOULD GIVE BETTER SERVICE THAN JIO AND LIFE TIME VALIDITY WITH CALL RATE 1 PAISA PER SECOND IS THE A SOLUTION. OTHERWISE THEY WILL LOOSE ALL THE CUSTOMERS. more
Sir, do we know from which point the one second starts? Either from the moment you connect the number or when you start hearing ring, or when you speak. One can check actual time after completing call, it displays talk time, you will be surprised to read that. more
Sir, all are same, no exception. They all sail in same boat. Who cares for customers? They are here to do business not for charity. So , the time has changed, who knows Indian ethos and work accordingly. We simply feel satisfied just by raising or expressing our views here or murmur here and there. But we can't live without this mobile, it has become part of life.

So........ more
