Unethics sales practice

Recently I bought vitrified tiles for my house and each seller (dealers/retailers) in Bangalore are selling their products on SFT basis instead of MRP printed per box thus selling almost 40-50% above MRP. This is sure violation of consumer act and thus accounts for illegal/unethics sales practices and in most cases they wont issue bills inspite of demanding by consumer and they say tax is additional which is again wrong practice as MRP is inclusive of tax. This is pure cheating case and consumer taken for ride. I had sent a mail to the concerned manufacturer giving all facts and inturn he fired the dealer and got refund of excess amount collected. This needs to be addressed by the legal cell of consumer forum and need to be resolved. more
