Unfair practices of SAMSUNG
communicated that as per its system, our washing machine is also equipped with dryer and therefore we have to pay higher charges. It was also communicated to us that SAMSUNG will abide by its ‘system’ even though the machine doesn’t have dryer and we have to pay charges as suggested by it.
The funniest part of this story is SAMSUNG has serviced this machine multiple times during the warrantee period (last 2 years) and their technicians also inspected the machine on 15/10/16 and taken multiple photos, before issuing extended warrantee. In spite of this It is making wrong claim that washing machine, owned by us, has dryer. It is really hilarious that SAMSUNG , who is claimed to be providing ‘world class professional services’, even don’t know which washing machine model delivers what services.
We strongly feel that with this kind of services SAMSUNG is involved in to unfair practices. We are following up this matter with higher authorities and also wish to bring this under the knowledge of Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India. more
