Unfathomable Incompetence of GBN Authority Engr
Matter of Great Shame that Most of the Design of Roundel are filled with complete incompetence of Engineer Departments. following issues are raised;
1). Most Engineers lack Vision and Farsightedness in Planning;
2) Feel such people are incompetent to plan any User Friendly Roads and Drains;
3) Corruption is deeply embedded in Minds of 99% citizens who seek employment in any Authority;
4) If Diploma Holder can become Chief Engineer of GBN two Authorities on premises of obtaining Engineer degree later, what is status of present staff is visible from quality of Infrastructures.
Do you agree if Yes please provide yours invaluable suggestions to approach DM GB Nagar to check corruption. more

Maximum appointment are Political Based. Either related to SP/BSP & rest r Village Quota. No Direct Appointment on Talent Based. DM cannot interfere in Noida Authority Work. They r directly controlled by Lko more

So many aspects of poor administration in Noida has been pointed out already in this forum. What is the result? Has any incompetent official or worker of the Noida admin lost his job? more

Shri Parashar, Very correctly said. It is interesting to note that the Environmental laws changed in India in 2005 for a good and all large construction projects with built up area exceeding 20,000 sqm need prior Environment Impact Assessment Clearance from State Environment Appraisal Committes before even ground breaking. Energy (LED lamps, energy efficient motors) & Water conservation (No use of fresh water for non-potable applications, Rainwater harvesting, Captive STP) initiatives and user friendly construction are at the heart of this Act. You may recall the sealing of Adarsh Housing Scociety bldg. in Mumbai due to non-EIA compliance. All such building plans approved after Sep. 2005 in GBN hence need to follow these rules and six monthly complaince report need to be sent to UP Pollution Control Board. A survey of building maintenace managers in Noida and Greater Noida will bring out the scale of money changing hand from Noida to Lucknow in this sector. A sad story of a great nation of learned citizen like all here on this platform debating the issues of common concern. more
