UNFRIENDLY SYSTEM OF IRCTC CAUSING HARASSMENT & TIME WASTE
RESULT IS WASTAGE OF MY TIME BY ONE HOUR AND DUE TO MISMATCHED TIMINGS OF IRCTC AND SBI SOFTWARES ,MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED BY Rs 3186 (with sr citizen concession) without issue of ticket and I have to toil again !
My question is 'ARE THE SOFTWARE ENGINEERS CAPABLE OF DESIGNING A N ALL SATISFYING MODEL? IF YES THEN WHY THIS SNAG?
I am giving reference of my trial - train 13202 ex ALD on 26/1/2019 upto HWH for two persons
Unless the new system is tried to be trouble free , its UNWISE TO INTRODUCE 'NEW GENERATION'
2ND ISSUE is about a petty nonsense at the counter 'RABINDRA SADAN' of S E Rly . Same two tickets were requisitioned , 6 berths were available but allotment for me was in two different coaches A3 & A4 FOR WHICH the counter asked me to write trhat 'I HAVE NO OBJECTION IN
HAVING TWO TICKETS IN TWO COACHES (me and my my wife are passengers) I agreed to get the ticket but the clerk insisted on my giving a certificate of 'no objection' Another clerk prompted 'dont issue ticket cancel it' Finally the supervisor in charge came to whom I said I wont give in writing but will take the ticket as I have to make journey!
MY QUESTION IS 'WHY THIOS HARASSMENT? BY ORDER OF RAIL BOEAD? OR BY ZONAL RLY HEAD? OR BY THE SUPERVISOR OF THAT TICKET BOOKING POINT?
