UNFRIENDLY SYSTEM OF IRCTC CAUSING HARASSMENT & TIME WASTE

Till new generation software was introduced , irctc software was easily manageable but NOT NOW AFTER introduction of new generation!
RESULT IS WASTAGE OF MY TIME BY ONE HOUR AND DUE TO MISMATCHED TIMINGS OF IRCTC AND SBI SOFTWARES ,MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED BY Rs 3186 (with sr citizen concession) without issue of ticket and I have to toil again !
My question is 'ARE THE SOFTWARE ENGINEERS CAPABLE OF DESIGNING A N ALL SATISFYING MODEL? IF YES THEN WHY THIS SNAG?
I am giving reference of my trial - train 13202 ex ALD on 26/1/2019 upto HWH for two persons
Unless the new system is tried to be trouble free , its UNWISE TO INTRODUCE 'NEW GENERATION'
2ND ISSUE is about a petty nonsense at the counter 'RABINDRA SADAN' of S E Rly . Same two tickets were requisitioned , 6 berths were available but allotment for me was in two different coaches A3 & A4 FOR WHICH the counter asked me to write trhat 'I HAVE NO OBJECTION IN
HAVING TWO TICKETS IN TWO COACHES (me and my my wife are passengers) I agreed to get the ticket but the clerk insisted on my giving a certificate of 'no objection' Another clerk prompted 'dont issue ticket cancel it' Finally the supervisor in charge came to whom I said I wont give in writing but will take the ticket as I have to make journey!
MY QUESTION IS 'WHY THIOS HARASSMENT? BY ORDER OF RAIL BOEAD? OR BY ZONAL RLY HEAD? OR BY THE SUPERVISOR OF THAT TICKET BOOKING POINT?

I agree that present irctc ticket booking software is not easy to book ticket. I spent lot of time but with no result. I tried mobile app and found it useful. I booked tickets with minutes. Try it. more  
There were lot of instances of transaction failure even during the age of the old soft ware. This happened to me more than once and I got the money back on the 3rd day without making any correspondence. IRCTC can't be blamed for such failed transactions, which occurs mainly due to some sudden problems develop in the wave before completion of the transactions. more  
The current site is not as user friendly as the earlier one in which as one logs in, was able to book ticket or see the history of booked/cancelled tickets etc very easily.In the new system first the booking window opens and at first was not even able locate the log in window and had to take help of customer service and also the presentation of booked tickets etc was not as clear as before - quite time consuming. more  
Railway and IRCTC has become more irresponsible and have NO EYE TO SEE AND NO EAR TO HEAR.At least 2 months back I have asked 1 question from IRCTC, What prompted U to Change the earlier USER FRIENDLY TICKET ING SYSTEM TO CHANGE AND BRING A NEW BOGUS AND HARASSING, NONRESULTING SOFTWARE? If IRCTC is very fond of this system,keep it for them and also keep in use the old system but NEITHER MY REQUEST WAS ACCEDED TO NOR ANY REPLY WAS SENT TO ME. GOD BLESS THEM FOR THEIR LETHARGY. more
