Most of us are now falling into donkey category in every discipline e.g.1- Teachers are not serious towards their duties they just want 100% result even they know students are not capable. 2- Students also not serious ,but only wants certificate, therefore even P.hd. Engineering Graduates.Post Graduates are in applying for the post of peon. 3-Employees hardly wants to work without extra gain, & there is no limit for their extra demand. like wise in all sphere We are now habitual & system further dilutes Take an example of Todays Budget where we have a provision of Rs 5 lac per year for medical expenses of 50 crores poor means Rs 41667/- per month for health but not having any scheme to even transfer DBT even half of this amount to poorers/unemployed youth/senior citizen for their basic need, which is essential & also reduce the diesese.The reason is simple every one wants to be a part of extra income by intelligent move. more
Comparison is meaningful to understand. But I doubt any employee would fit completely in one category. Probably could have a mixture of traits. As managers, for us it might be helpful to understand which side the employee is closer to and whether we can work with the employee to make them unicorn style, in case we need it.
