UNIFORM CIVIL CODE THE REALITY

I feel to implement uniform civil cod is not so important as those who r following and believing it they are comfortable with their faith and system.since it was a mistake commited by law maker to leave implemantation of uniform civil code to state government. it is like giving a piano so every state was playing its own music.IT IS A BITTER TRUTH THAT INDIA IS A DIVERSITY IN UNITY STATE.FREEDOM OF RELIGION AND ITS PRACTICE AND PROPAGATION IS ITS ROOT.EVEN IN EARLY ERA OF BRITISH RULING THIS MATTER WAS A SENSITIVE AND VERY CAREFULLY BRITISH BRITISH ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE SAME.
SO FOR NO POLITICAL PARTY TOUCHED THIS MATTER RAJIV GANDHI TRIED ONCE AND BURN HIS HANDS.
THERE WAS A TIME WHEN BABRI MASZID WAS A POLITICAL ISSUE WHY IT WAS DISMANTELED WHAT WE HAVE ACHIVED OUT OF IT ,NOW NO BODY TALKS OF IT WHATEVER ADVANTAGES BJP WANT TO ACHIEVE THEY GOT IT AND THE MATTER IS STILL IN COURT OF LAW.BUT OUR COUNTRY PEOPLES HAVE PAID HEAVY LOSS AND CREATING AND PROPAGATING SAPERATISM AMONG HINDS AND MUSLIMS.
IN THE SAME WAY MUSLIMS MAY NOT AGREE.
LET THE MUSLIM FEMALES SHOULD RAISE THEIR VOICE AGAINST POLYGAMY AND THREE TALAK AND PROPERTY MATTERS.IF THESE LADYS CAN RAISE THEIR VOICE MOTIVATE THEM.
I FEEL CREATING ACONDUCIVE PLATE FORM IS THE NEED OF TODAY. A DIRECT CONFRONTATION WITH WITH MUSLIM MALE LEADERS MAY DESTROY THE NATIONAL HORMONEY WHICH BJP GOVERMANT CANT AFFORD. more

It gas been amply clear that they are only eliciting public opinion.Already the women in all communities and all educated men are for gender equality ,common divorce laws ,inheritance laws and against loose laws like tripple talak, ploy gamy ,poly andry. What more sin or mistake GOI is committing ? It is the mullahs and MCPs of all religions who are expressing their reservation on the issue. Women of India including Muslim want a law that gives them equality in law. more
Uniform Civil Code shall be such that keeps the Citizen of the Country under Equal Rights and Responsibilities in all Civic Provisions and Civic requirements . But , for a Rule of any modal , all those that hampers morality or leads to inhuman or that takes to distress and disaster of a life whether Male or Female ARE AUGHT TO BE CURBED AND ERADICATED. This is the justified carry of Civility and the countries / Regions that maintain this will never be away from peace , pleasant life-lead and fraternity within its Society . more
Uniform civil code is good if it can control population of alll sects . It is good if it doesnot drain Bharath's resources and it takes care of the dominance of a particular group in our offices due to their hate mind set. more
The issue " I FEEL CREATING A CONDUCIVE PLATE FORM IS THE NEED OF TODAY " though correct as at 1949 of Rao's Report , in 1991 when apex Court asked the Govt. and now once again called for by the Supreme Court , the issues of working for implementation of Uniform Civil Code , still stands complicative as established in this Post . 1. The Supreme Court had found the ills and Evils of Polygamy and the Fake Religious Conversions just to avoid the punishments of Bigamy and also stated in detail citing the cases filed even by Muslim Ladies . 2. In fact, Uniform Civil Code is different from the Religious Customs , Culture and Practices and the issue of Polygamy and Bigamy are out of and against to Human Quality and Carry of Humanity . 3. The issue of individual interests , rights and liberties those are very recently staged and moved even the Courts in the issue of Female entrance into Holy Religious Places also different from the issue of Uniform Civil code . It has a significant and purposeful importance of carry of the Civic Rules and Responsibilities confining to Equality and Equal Protection of Laws of the Country . A. As you are also kindly aware , directive principles are the principles of public administration set as part IV of the Constitution upon which the governance has to run for the prevalence of Safety , Security , Equal opportunity , Equal Liberty and Equal enjoyment of rights set under part III . And , these are nevertheless fundamental in the governance of the Country as also specified . B. Governance of the Country also should have a Uniform law enforceable allover its Territory in whatever name it is called . It is the very reason the article 44 was set at the time concluding the Constitution and not an addition later proposed which was mainly due to the time schedule just as some other . C. The Concept of Uniform Civil Code as they then thought & set in the Constitution naturally do not and will not have any incite into or intervene in any Religion etc., that were already addressed in the Directives of the Constitution . D. The Supreme Court Judges once in 1991 had already suggested the then Government to work on implementation of Uniform Civil code for the public peace and due the escaping attitude from the consequences of bigamy . ANY HOW , AS AN INDEPENDENT COUNTRY , IT SHALL HAVE ITS OWN TERRITORIAL UNIFORM CIVIL LAWS OR CIVIL CODE OR RULES FOR CARRYING EQUAL LIBERTIES , EQUAL SAFETY , EQUAL LIVELY-HOOD, EQUAL JUSTICE AND EQUAL FREEDOM AT THE COMMON AND UNIFORM GOVERNANCE UNDER A UNIFORM LAW . KINDLY LET US HAVE UNIFORM RULE AS IN THE PREVIOUS CENTURIES OR , AT LEAST AS APPLIED BY ANY OTHER COUNTRY IN THEIR TERRITORY . AND , KINDLY LET US GIVE UP THE NAMES OF ALL DIVISIONS OF THE CITIZEN TO CARRY CIVILITY AND FRATERNITY . more
I don't agree unfortunately. When there are people being discriminated against in the name of religion and the law it is important that we have a uniform civil code to protect them. Just because it is tradition or has been happening for a long time does not mean we do not take steps to make changes for the better. It is time India changed all draconian traditions that are destroying the very fabric of this country and all Indians should stand up for the same. more
