uniform civil code

We demand uniform civil code in India
We demand implementation of uniform civil code in India. Uniform civil code involves having a common set of laws governing marriage, divorce, succession and adoption of all Indians, Instead of allowing different personal laws for people of different faiths.
" The need for a uniform civil code as envisioned under article 44 has been reiterated from time to time by Supreme Court".
Caste and religion related barriers are gradually disappearing from society. The youth of India belonging to various communities’ tribes, castes or religions that solemnize their marriages ought not to be forced to struggle with issues arising due to conflicts in various personal laws, especially in relation to marriage and divorce.
Uniform civil code brings in peace, tranquility and development in India
We request you all to sign this petition for the betterment of the nation and also appeal fellow citizens to sign the petition and support our initiative. more

H'ble Supreme Court in 1995 itself suggested for Implementation of Uniform Civil Code. Constitution stipulated Faith Belief and Follow for Religious Conversions. In 1963 itself H'ble SC suggested for deletion of Creamy Layer from Castes. * The long Ruled Congress Party did not care EITHER Constitution OR the Supreme Court. more
We talk about marriages of other religions, what is happening in Indian marriages is might is right. Marriages are a big back seat for personal development. No law enforcement mechanism or courts of law has any idea what they are doing. Where is democracy? more
Marriage Age is Restricted. Adultery allowed. Families ruining. Equality and Individual Rights ruining Society and progress. Police and Lawyers gaining. more
While the majority of people of this country want Common Civil Code to strengthen the Nation and the society, politicians of many states are trying to damage the country’s strength in diversity by making job reservations in private sector in the state for the local population. With so many reservations already available, more reservations in the country would adversely affect it. Not only that, it would discourage the industrialist and investors to make any move to investment where they would not be able to run the show as per their own plans and instead would be subjected to avoidable interferences by the State Govt. Metro cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai etc would not have developed to present status if there were laws of reservation in private sector establishments. more
H'ble SC is very much Neglecting the issue of Cast Reservations. SC to immediately Realise and Implement Correct system in true respect of Articles 16 (4) 15 (4) and 340 disregarding Castes Religion and Gender. more
All Secularists , Socialists shall demand Uniform Civil Code more
H'ble Supreme Court in 1995 itself notified to Govt the sufferings of deceived Women and Children citing 4 Cases they hold. And suggested to work out Implementation of Uniform Civil Code. But still the Implementation of Uniform Civil Code is not taken up. Uniform Civil Code is immediately necessary to put an end to many atrocities and Injustice in the Society . more
