Uniform Pension benits to all Govt. employees red.
Transforming India as one, can be made most successfully once you make uniform rules and benefits, to all the government and public sector employees. For most of the retired Govt. employees there is no LTC (leave trave concessions) which, Govt.employees enjoyed while in service. Where as even after retirement, Railway employees, Air India employees ..... are enjoying this benefit for self family as well as to their parents and married & unmarried sisters at the public cost, is this to be continued or not. Some of these retired employees are staying, in foreign countries over 20 years, are enjoying this benefit. Why this type of favouritism...... more

Equal pay for equal work ; Equal Salary and benefits to Jr. Clerk, Clerk, Section Head, Accountant, Officer [ all direct recruitees ] differ from Govt. Public Sector and Private Sector and need a Minimum Salary and Minimum Benefit EQUALLY IN THESE 3 SECTORS please . more

Not only this, there is also discrimination in other aspects. Leave encashment at the time of retirement is fully exempt for Govt employees, but it is limited to Rs 3,00,000/ for others Why this discrimination. This limit was fixed longback and not been revised more

This point is very good & genuine thing to be addressed by govt immediately. This ongoing practice is against any acceptable norms & is very discriminatory & to be abolished. A special thanks to Mr. Ramakrishna Jaladi for raising this good point. more
