UP CM and New Cabinet Structure

I think the central cabinet should be totally restructured. Rajnath Singh or Manoj Sinha should be made UP CM, no other guy has administration expertise. Arun Jaitley should get Home and Defence, Piyush Goyal should have Finance and Corporate Affairs, Nirmala to have Commerce. Health should be assigned to someone else, Ayush ministry should be scrapped. If Sinha is CM, telecom could be given to Jayant Sinha.

Basically award performers and downgrade non performers. more

I think the UP CM will be controlled by Centre, so they may not look big face more
I think distribution of work is Prime Minister's job and it should not be interfered or commented as we have a competent P.M. RYK. On Thu, 16 Mar 2017 13:18:14 +0530 "Bharat Lal" wrote > more
it makes no difference as long as Modiji is the prime minister. Every thing will go as per his say more
Modiji,Rajnathsingh and Ameetshah are best persons to decide. giving opinion on the matter is not warranted. My opinion. more
UP needs a strong leader who can lead and get the job done . Discipline is completely lacking on roads , cops , administration. A ex army General ( governor/ aid to CM )might be of help to reform UP and Bihar. For that matter all of North /East too ! more
