Ensure uninterrupted water supply in the toilets by checking at frequent intervals. Prominently display the contact number for complaints. Invariably, the wall mounted fans are switched off. These fans be on always running to keep the toilets dry. more

Currently situation of toilet on train is very bad specially in Sleeper class. It does not have even MUG which is very basic thing required. It hardly cost RS 100-150. more

Sir, The cleanliness of toilets and coaches is very poor. So many times informed. No improvement. Water is not coming in toilets. In Lalbaugh exp from Sbc water not coming in Krishnarajapuram. The fares were increased quoting cleanliness. more

Frequency of Toilet cleaning, and timely replacement of defective, taps / seats etc is critical. more
