Thanks for Sharing. In case of Property - the matter could be simplified. Clients R many while Builders R a few, less than 10%. Importantly Known Builders with Constructions like to come under CC, within a Year at most cases. They Should confirm their clients list, pan number n email ID to verify the correction made.
