Urban Company AC Service Provider uses Spurious Parts, Urban Company not resolving the issue
We got AC repaired thru Urban Company @urbancompany, The Service provider used Spurious parts and charged us for the originals. Complaint to Urban Company not resulting into a resolution. Urban Company using delaying tactics to somehow close the case. Consumer forum too not helping even though I have registered my grievance to @jagograhakjago and @ramvilaspaswan. Is there any authenticity of such Company?They should be stopped immediately by concerned agencies.Actually people have no fear of Law. more

Failed to understand why people are so much fascinated to avail services from such organisation that has no entity. Such organisation enrolled technicians from different sources on contract basis and the technicians are not well trained also. Once any thing goes wrong it's very difficult to get done. This organisation does not take any responsibilty also. There are complains earlier also on Consumer circle. It's always advised to call authorised service engineer to do the service not by any unauthorised institution. That will take care. more
