Urgent need for LocalCircles poll

On who are the people of Delhi with Kejriwal or LG and his babus.

On one hand Cm and his ministers are protesting (not working) on other hand babus are taking fat salaries and not working and we Delhiites struggle.

BJP does not have any strong face in Delhi, Congress look ing an alliance with AAP , no one can beat Kejriwal Bijli half pani maaf more
The real problems seems to be the fact that in reality Delhi continues to be a union territory despite giving its nomenclature as a state under amended article 139 of the constitution. The rules of business under this article clearly the powers of the Delhi government, LG and the central govt. There are some issues which can be decided independently by Delhi government, some with the concurrence of the LG and some with the concurrence of the central govt. Now in the present issue relates to door step delivery of Ration which needs the approval of central govt. The LG has asked Delhi government to get the approval from the central govt. But the kejrival is not agreeable to this and the File is lying with the Food/supply minister for the last more than a month or so. Mr.Kejriwal doesn't want to follow the scheme of things provided for UTs in the constitution. He wants to act only as an CM of a full fledged state. He is well aware of these provisions Which common people of Delhi either don't know or understand the finer points/details of the constitution. Even from reading of the comments in this forum I can very well make out that they are also not fully conversant with these provisions of the constitution relating to UTs.And Mr.kejriwal is making full use of the common man's IGNORANCE and playing victim card stating that L G/ Modi are not allowing him to work.We must not forget that there was period of 5/6months when there was no ho-hulla from mr kejriwal.Making noises is only a political strategy to trump up peoples support periodically ,which will continue till next 2019 Lok sabha election and thereafter also before 2020Delhi Assembly election. So we people need to be well informed to look at the problems Delhi faces with full knowledge of the issues and legal provisions involved. The ongoing tussle with the bureaucracy is also of Mr kejriwal's own creation. Immediately after the manhandling of 19th Feb of Chief Secretary by aap MLAs in his presence he could have expressed regret for the incident and assure the officers that such an incident will not occur again. But not doing so he wanted IAS officers to be browbeaten into submission so that they should not follow the rules/constitution and follow his dictates blindly whether legal or illegal. more
This matter is not about who is right and who is wrong. The people of Delhi are the sufferers. On one hand, the LG is head of the Delhi govt and insists that each and every decision by the legislature is subject to his confirmation. He however has failed to address the issue by totally ignoring the CM's demand. Even assuming that CM and his ministers are wrong, is it not his duty as head to try to resolve the matter that is causing hardship to people? The fact of the matter is that the ruling party at the center has been doing every thing to wrest power all around and Delhi's elected govt has come in the way. Since LG is reporting to the home ministry, all his decisions/ indecision are at the behest of the central govt., which does not want it to succeed, lest AAP grows stronger. Planned policies of Delhi govt like, installation of CCTV, door delivery of services, Law & order etc. could not be initiated because of this situation. Their contribution education and healthcare is immense and also first in India, however one has never seen an appreciation, even mention of the good work by the central govt. that only goes to confirm what I believe the reality behind this is. more
In my opinion, AAP was and still remains an alternative to seasoned and hardened politicians. If Anna Hazare had not pulled out his support, both BJP and Congress would have been wiped out by 2019. Anyway, life must go on and CM of Delhi must be supported by the people of Delhi to ensure there are no obstacles, technically and otherwise, in the functioning of the State Government. more
With due regards to your opinion, I personally feel, CM Delhi and his team of Ministers are only good at high lighting the missed imaginary opportunities. It took some time for Mr. Anna Hazare to realise, the present CM is a Power Hungry personality in disguise of an honest Politician.

He had very little option but to withdraw his association and for good. Tell us had you seen any comments from Erstwhile CM on Lokpal for Delhi? more
The only way for Delhi is to be directly governed by Central Govt. Let them work out the details. more
