Waiting for the time for arranging the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court since there is dispute in finalizing whether this Card is contrary to the Fundamental Rights written in our Constitution . Unless this issue is finalized by the Supreme Court at least naming with a different name , We Indian Citizen cannot think of such Card to control financial misuses and misappropriations in the Government Grants , Funding of Agricultural Loans , and , the regular PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND THE AADHAAR LIKE . more
That link card to be named as INDIAN CARD which should be compulsory for all Monetary Transaction more than Rs 500/- and that number to be put on Employees service book Private/Govt. and on any important documents such as School/Educational Certificates, Bank/LIC and any other such important documents(Property,Tax and so). more
Then its better govt will make only two card one ration card and 2nd adhar card rest is optional like DL,pan card and any other card and adhar card no.should display in all the cards and same is used for janganana and all benefit given by govt is based on adhar card so that each indiviual have his/her adhar card. more
