Vaccine Coercion by companies

See attached how Indigo airlines is differntiating between vaccinated and non vaccinated employees.

This is not right. Soon companies will stop hiring unvaccinated individiuals. How can the Govt let this happen when we all know these vaccines have not been time tested and are known to be losing efficacy over time?? more

Public Health and Policy are NOT subject to personal belief - if you are a potential transmitter of the virus, its only right for the Govt and any agency where you carry that potential to insist on your vaccination. The fact that your are personally a vaccine sceptic (and I wonder if your kids have taken the Polio / Cholera and many other vaccines) does not give you the right to transmit Covid19 into environments with people at risk. Go get your JAB !!! more
There is nothing wrong with any rules like those above by any organisation in the interest of public health. more
I completely agree. Vaccine should not be made mandatory. India follows different system of medicines, not allopathy treatment alone. There are many who follow Ayurveda and Homeopathy. more

I feel sorry for Kanchan Kukreja to raise this topic in this circle. Though government has made vaccine voluntary, but in the interest of the nation, all eligibles must come forward to get vaccinated. Again, supply has eased out. So the airlines in question is right in encouraging people/employees to be vaccinated. In fact, airport staff check the passengers across the nation for full vaccine certificates or RT-PCR test report. On the contrary, Kanchan must endorse/encourage citizens around her area to get vaccinated. This is the one of modes to arrest the virus spread, besides people following protocols in its true spirits. This will help the nation to thrive economically and ramp up social well being of the people. more
Those who don't want to be vaccinated, should not be allowed to move in public places or transport as long as risk of virus spread is present in the country. Non-vaccinated persons are not only venerable to infection themselves but they may make others venerable to virus infection. more
Vaccination is the only savior as on today from the deadly virus. Every one should and must get vaccinated. Else they will become super spreaders and India cannot afford this. So sanctions must be imposed on all those whop do not get vaccinated. The employee who does not get vaccinated should not be allowed to enter the office and their gas, water, electricity connections, ration card, Aadhar card etc should be withdrawn. more
