Hopefullysome one takes from the Circles to give us the frist hand information. But even those who wanted to take if offered seem to be hesitating after the hurry with which it is being pushed through. more  
Good idea. May be this will prompt Ministry of Health to start a better digital portal. more  
To answer your question: yes, then can any such inputs will only help. But they need to become members of the LocalCircles first. You, as member, are welcome to invite any number of your friends, relatives, colleagues, acquaintances etc. to become members of the LocalCircles. more
