Vaccine Registration Cybercrime
Want to highlight a new cyber crime.
Fraudsters are calling and asking for COVID-19 vaccine registration. They ask for Aadhar, email id etc. Subsequently to authenticate Aadhar, they ask for OTP. The moment OTP is given, money is siphoned off from Aadhar linked Bank account.

The Crimes will keep on increasing. We have around 40% vacancies of Judges in our High Courts. Central Govt and SC is not serious in filling these posts. Further even punishments are also very light. Habitual offenders in any field must be given only Capital punishment. Otherwise their number will keep on increasing. more

I shall urge the recipients of any such SMS and/or Telephone message, to register a case of cyber-crime with local police authority. I shall also urge the local Police authority to publish the particulars of such criminals in the news papers and TV channels regarding the action(s) taken by them. more

The fraudsters are always finding opportunity to dupe the public. But what our Police, who are looking after Cyber Crime and sitting in air conditioned rooms are doing. They are provided with high frequency and powerful machines to track the Cyber criminals. Some achievements, whether small or big, will bring confidence in the mind of the public that our Police are doing something. more
