i have been having varicose veins for past 20 odd years after the birth of my second child.Standing for long does cause leg pain but with yoga it can be controlled & one can get relief. 1} Lying down on your back & keep your entire leg 90 deg to the floor against the wall.you can do as many times as possible, one yoga expert adviced me. 2} Sit in vajrasana whenever you can . this also helps control the varicose veins. more

Do hot and cold water bath to both legs till knee. Hot bath 4 times more to cold bath. Total 30-45 minutes. more
