VAT BEING CHARGED ON FULL BILL IN RESTAURANTS

Almost all restaurants in Delhi & New Delhi are charging vat on full bill amount and not on 40% of the food bill; thus pocketing a very large illegal amount everyday. I am sure it can not happen without official machinery's collusion.
I reported to CM Delhi and his office forwarded my complaint to VAT Commissioner. And there it is " sleeping" peacefully since without even being acknowledged. Talk of eradicating corruption from Delhi.. blah blah... more

Suggest Wg. Cmdr. Vinod Mehta to persistently follow up with Mr. Kejriwal and his office. He claims to be against corruption/corrupt practices and he needs to address this issues as well. more

You have only dected hlf fraud other is VAT on service tax also which is crime kindly go through the process once again and also you would find that Service tax cillection is all illegal on so many services more
