Decreasing tax alone won't increase demand unless inflation is under control and there is substantial increase in income of common man to meet the burden of EMI after meeting family needs. more

Many people are loosing jobs due to recision. Many finds difficulty paying EMI. Taxation is only an excuse. Earlier days buyers were able to buy their luxury on cash and without bill. Today every item under taxation roof. Many buyers offering their four wheelers, two wheelers and other high luxurious items as they are not able to meet EMIs. Many home buyers are defaulters of EMI, but they cannot spare luxurious week ends daining etc. Finance management is essence of every one. more

govt should keep the taxes at a lower rate for basic cars and two wheelers and tax for the higher fancy ones more than the basic ones then it will be a good balance more
