2. I have been trying to reach videocon d2h customer care on given numbers, it's IVR says always busy or it gives 2 options for existing customers select option 8, for NEW option 9, when we selected 8 it says always busy or not connecting whereas when selected option 9 immediately connecting.
3. Previous we were using package Rs 167/- now without my notice they changed it to 236/- which is very high.
4. Also, I tried to connect to the Videocon d2h website to customize the package, the site itself not working at all.
We are not able to view any of the selected HD channels. NOT GETTING ANY KIND OF SUPPORT FROM THEM.
OVERALL VIDEON D2H is the WORST, STUPID, BLOODY CHEATER who is LOOTING CUSTOMERS MONEY.
Can anyone suggest how to get their call data on how many they are attending, how they are assisting/assisted after TRAI ruled out new tariffs?
With all those better we can put file a case in CONSUMER COURT. more
