View of Ms. Shikha Jain for travelling by Senior Officers in General Class in Railways without disclosing their Identities

I fully agree with the views of Ms Jain, Why DRM only? Why not Zonal Manager, Railway Board members and State and Cabinet Ministers without disclosing their identities? In fact, it should be made compulsory for all officers from Board members down to DRM and even Station Masters!!!! It should be strictly followed to improve the present deplorable condition of Railways.

Can We Change Today's Failway Into Tomorrow's Real Railway Please? Instead of railways being part of a public service, these days, it has morphed into supreme disservice. I wrote a blog on this: The link: http://tsvhari-incubation.blogspot.in/2014/07/can-we-change-todays-failway-into.html more

IF THE OFFICERS, CONCERNED,in Railways desire to have frank feed back, on the working or the amenities - should attempt for one journey in any coach , preferably with out any notice or other paraphernalia, and interact with the travellers. He will experience a different kind of travel, he would have thought of. Ground realities can be experienced only when you undertake and venture as one common traveller. The experience should be an eyeopener to carry out the changes. more
