Samarth Acharya- 2 persons visited me on last Sunday & heard my case of being duped by a lawyer Girish Kohli who created a false case of 'gift tax' & manipulations of words was done by him changing relinquishment to gift ,just after sudden death of my husband instate 5 years ago, brainwashed my educated & married daughters into believing that he died as a rich man & there was a khajana to be had through legal mode through him as a lawyer ! 2 boys representing www.myadv.com did visit & heard me & my suggestion was that I was willing to pay to come out of this mess but after the work is done i e mutation of My Self acquired flat , as happens in USA , payment is made on commission, basis. But the guys were adamant on payment first. It is a good start to help the aggrieved parties but please be clear about terms & conditions. more  

Yes sir, I shall contact U. I am a whistle blower and not just edenied justice but assaulted the selfesteem of being an Ex-Serviceman even in contravention to state policy under Art 51 (A). My SLP (C) 292/2012; the INHIBITING WORD "MERCURIAL" in the order with regard to my written submission in WA 1384/2008; SLP (C) 292/2012; GOI OM enclosed in the counter and through very many facts, I have evidence on paper supplied by ONGC for my RTIN aapplication; Merit certificates by functional heads, I had serve FOUR or Five advocate notices to get my legitimate dues from HR department; Victim to my whistles. Now my son 45+ is unemployed and there by I have no bread earner for my family of five. My wife's right lung is removed surgically for the years long infection she suffered and I suffer Parkinson. As such we both move within house. I am neither healthy nor wealthy to pursue a case than writing in this circle either to get Clemency or to be sued under Contempt of Court by the Judiciary Sirs.
