Vijay Mallya - Classic example of a Crook
This guy did everything possible when it comes to collusive corruption. Bribed everyone from Govt officers in DGCA to inspectors and from Bank CEOs to junior bank officers. From fuel company CEOs to their officers and also used his clout as an MP to do all kinds of crap. Cheated his employees, cheated his vendors, squeezed cash out of the company to fuel his parties and what not. Such people should be tried and put behind bars for lives. Glad CBI has finally taken this on. Hope justice prevails and such crooks are made an example out of by Modi Govt. He is not alone in this collusive corruption. See below link:

It is said, a well connected Good/Bad Mafia could go scot free even globally. Similarly, a well connected Good/Bad businessman too. A Good/Bad Mafia by 'Extortion/Killing' feeds the Politicians, Law enforcing authorities and 'Generates Employment' to all the Mafia's. A Good/Bad Businessman by 'Profit/Loot' feeds the Politicians and Law enforcing authorities and 'Generates Employment'. Both Good/Bad, Businessman and Mafia 'Generates 'Employment'. Like Good Terrorism and Bad Terrorism terminology is invented by Politicians similarly, Good/Bad, Businessman and Mafia appears to have existed since time immemorial. Is there any difference between Bad Mafia, Bad Businessman and Bad Politician. 'God, alone could give Justice to these three bad, Mafia, Politician and Businessman', Is this possible by Human Beings since these three are so powerful. more

Such crooks needs to be fixed with strong & quick punishment. Also needs strong action for all the crooks. Catching crooks only during UPA will result in BJP crooks to roam fearlessly. more

I agree with Mr Abraham,the people who took bribe need to punished and an strong msg sent across..so that in future other will happen to learn from it... Vijay Mallya is lavish man doenot care for any one not he sud be put behind bars but 3rd degree treatment given to him....looted and ruined everyone life in the organisation.... more

All Governments are very linient towards big business. It is not only Mallya or Suberato Rao. They are just two examples. What abbout all big builders, who ave taken money from home buyers and not giving possession for the last 5 to 10 years. Put all of them behind the bar and give a clear signal to all business men. When Vijay Mallya's Kingfisher Airlines got into trouble he was the Member, Consultative Committee for the Ministry of Civil Aviation Aug. 2010 onwards !! This is akin to making the stock in charge of fish safety !!!! It is all about collusion all the way - Politician and bureaucrat, businessmen AND the silent common man.
