Vijay sales & discontinued models
I bought 300 L Electrulux fridge from Vijay sales lajpat nagar which had minor dent on its body and when I reported the matter the company executive immediately took it back but could not provide replacement as it was the last piece and model was discontinued, so they allowed me refund and I took a panasonic fridge 400 L from vijay sales and even in this I found that freezer door was not closing properly. Though panasonic was prompt in coming and tried to replace the door twice but it did not work and one year guarantee period was coming to an end and they kept on saying they will upgrade it. so I wrote a nasty letter to their HQ in Japan online. and their production head came , said again that model is discontinued and got the fridge replaced with a latest newly introduced panasonic 550 L fridge and charged only 50% of the difference in cost of models and a fresh one year guarantee.
Another point- very important- that Vijay sales keeps only last pieces which are being
discontinued- SO BE VERY CAREFUL IF IT IS A DISCONTINUED MODEL
and finally please note there is a dealer just a few meters away selling brand new gadgets at 25% to 40% discount with full company warranty/guarantee but slightly scratches on the outside- WORTH TRYING. more

It is really laudable that we have such good people also. Thank God. One more thing, to do good work, it is not necessary to join any party. We can do good work and help others in whatever way we can by just being sincere and caring. There are a lot of problems where we live, like cleanliness, garbage disposal (some people leave garbage bags on the roads, park grills, in the neighboring lane etc.), stray dogs, thefts from houses and common areas, overflowing drains, leaking pipes, overflowing water tanks, teaching kids etc. more
