Vindictive attitude towards journalists must stop

Many instances of intolerance And vindictive attitude is being seen as a reflection of frustration and anger by state govts towards media, and journalists and politicians who air their opinion .
The constructive attitude must be appreciated and the system must be corrected .
Recent example of Uncivilised treatment towards many peaceful demonstrators , journalists must be a eye opener of returning of Emergency times !
The national govt must notice and amend laws to allow these democratic expressions and not brutally handle them and respond by appropriate measures incase states are violating such laws . more  

Yesterday's SC Judgement and Comments are the Prime. Policing need to consider, follow the Directions of SC in performing Justified Duties and the Governments are to be Responsible for carry of Prompt and Justified Implementation of Law and Justice . more  
It gets confirmed by observations such as given by SC recently . If repeated actions needs dismissal of govts it should be done as the rot has set in politically. more  
Fundamental Duties of Citizens, IPC Enforcements, Speedy Trial, Accountable Responsibility, lapsed in Rule from '90s . TV Media Diversified from Journalist Norms and Ethics from 1995 . Media need to regain the then Status realising with DUE REGARD TO Supreme Court Directions of (1985) 1 SCC 641 ; (1984) 2 SCC 434 ; (1994) 6 SCC 632 . MEDIA NEED TO GAIN the status of being regarded as the 4th Pillar in Democracy through its Accountable, Responsible Performance following Strictly it's Norms and Ethics WHICH ONLY REWARD ITS REAL STATUS by Society Living in and the Judiciary . ( TV viewers know the real factual Performancial system Opted by Media and is SELF EXPLANATORY ) more
