Big Basket, myntra and snapdeal all 3 are not displaying MRP.

Let the Consumer affairs department initiate stringent action against all ecommerce site, those who are deviating the rules. more

Mr. Singh ,The pack shows the Price after the discount in all the 3 . If you have paid more only then you can make a complaint. Or is your complaint that the letters M.R.P. inclusive of taxes isnot there? more

The attachment shows MRP as Rs 399/- and offering a discount of 31 % and total payable amount comes to Rs 274.99. I failed to understand the grievances being made for not mentioning MRP. In case there is no MRP (inclusive of all taxes) on the said pack, it falls under unfair Trade Practices and fit case for consumer forum more
