Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deffeiciency

Please suggest to recover Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency naturally/Ayurveda way more

Sun exposure for 30 minutes around 10 am is enough. more  
Further, certain Vitamin B capsules are coated with animal origian ingredients. So verify the product literature to see that they are pure vegetarian capsules i.e. chemicals with vegetarian material without animal source. There are many brands available UNIVED or ZENITH check on www.amazon.in or speak to your nearest pharmacy. more  
Pradeepji i am not aware of your case, so no comment; but generally what i see in our today's children and their mom's behavious is that they shun natural activities like playing out in the open, eating of all seasonal vegetables, drinking pure milk (for pure milk the parents need to make some efforts), eating of home cooked food and as much less use of oil as possible. what children get is precooked off the shelf eats so that there is little or no time lost (???) is cooking which is now considered a chore due to so many factors. so ayurvedic is vegetables, daals, milk, curd, non-veg, soaking of skin in sun, etc. we should not fall into the trap of either the ayurvedic or western pick-me-ups or magic-potions. natural living. more  
I have visited your website, find entire information to be vague & incomplete and it does not invoke confidence. I am a great believer of ayurvedic, however, find many formulations including the ordinary chawanprash cannot be sold at Rs. 250 for the basic constituents itself will cost more & preparation cost... additional. None of the KEVA certifications are related to say ayurvedic formulations, WHO or KOSHER or HALAL .... are not related to ayurvedic, for they are general certifications. nor the literature posted on the website is convincing for it is all generic information which is known to all medical doctors & nutritionist. The scientific board also appears to be something like a fake mix-up.
I am not convinced that Vitamin B can be sourced from plant minerals. Ayurvedic concepts does not work on mineral based studies which is allopathy concept nor it has basis in ancient ayurvedic texts.

There are no special ayurvedic remedies for Vitamin B or Vitamin D deficiency. For Vitamin D, best is get exposed to natural sunlight every day for 30 minutes, preferably in the morning (if skin is sensitive), else 11:00 -14:00 hrs, where you get maximum dosage. For Vitamin B, better purchase some tables of MethylCobalamin 1500 mcg which costs less than Rs. 300 - 400 per packet, take ONE tablet per day. Kindly note this is for immediate use & keep your body alive. Additionially, you need to regularly eat as part of your weekly diet - Rajama + Chana i.e. Chickpeas (NOT chanadal) + Kabuli Chana + Palak + Guava fruit + Yoghurt + Cheese. Some milk products are fortified with Vitamin B, but they do NOT matter much, for in my long years find that natural vitamin intake through above mentioned foods, takes long time 3-4 years to see visible blood test results. But worth it. Lack of Vitamin -B can change your DNA + get incurable Anemic disorders, reduce your longevity i.e. maximum 5 years. So act with caution & immediately start acting on above advice. Simiarly for Vitamin D also. more  
Please add bamboo fruit preserves and red cherry (karonda) fruit preserves to your diet more  
For vitamin D exposure to sunlight should help. I read somewhere in internet Mushrooms can help with Vitamin B. Not sure, but thought of mentioning it here. more
