Voter Friendly Budget-2018?

With general elections round the corner, its a child's guess for a voter friendly budget only.
Well, the trend followed by politicians for the last several years is to make a killing in the first four years of power, then in the fifth year pose as if the Government is too concerned about poor and middleclass. Float feelers that we are for the people and will always keep their interest (survival) in mind and work min 24 hours a day for their upliftment. But in reality, prices of all items (incl.essential commodities) have skyrocketed. In the name of quality, prices of all food products are constantly having upward revision. Appears that there is no monitoring mechanism in existence. Rulers think that they are in a different world. For Poor and middleclass there is no great positive change in day to day living. Don't know how much to earn for a family of 4 to survive a month.
Some of the noteworthy items (even after 70 years of Independence):
a) Corruption--- Still ranks number 1. In fact the bribe rates have gone up significantly.
b)Population-- It appears that similar to de-control of petrol and diesel prices, the population growth is fully de-controlled. Im not aware of any concrete steps taken by our Governments (past & present) in controlling the population. Is there any statistics on the numbers compared to last 10 years??
c) Employment--- Deserves a great appreciation. The country is infested with Nepalis,Bangladeshis and other nationalities. The worst thing is even Politicians and Bureaucrats employ them for their household and private business establishments. Yet preach about employment to all Indians?????
d) Swadeshi----The Indian Marketplace is flooded with Chinese products. Is there any tangible plan with the Government to promote Indian products other than helping the foreign businesses with tax SOPs, etc. Its a disgrace to wear 'Slavery hat' despite British leaving the country 70 yrs back.
e) Indirect Tax--- GST, marketed as the biggest reform in the history of Mankind, continues to haunt common man and honest tax payers. People who violate rules and regulations are making merry of GST. Has the Government identified and punished any of the violators??
f) Black money--- This is infact the bloodgroup of politicians, businessmen and bureaucrats. They need this blood(group) to lead a healthy living in this world. I doubt whether this impure bloodgroup can be purified..................Till today I have not heard of any prominent personality being exposed and punished by the Government.
g) Younger Generation---- Year after year the country produces lakhs of graduates, engineers, doctors, etc but only a handful find a decent job (relating to the profession). Those who can afford money go abroad for higher studies and stay put there and those who cannot, just keep hoping against hope for a better future... Is there any plan with the Government to stop this brain drain as well as take care of youth.
h) Agriculture---- This landscape is shrinking year after year. Has become a best tool for political game. Often vote bank policies are framed with very poor implementation. Genuine farmers are left to lurch with no permanent remedial measures from the rulers.

One can easily argue what the above rubbish list is to do with a Budget??? In my view all of them are an integral part of budgeting framework and relate to Country's growth.
My braying is b'cos of too much expectation from this Government? more
