VRS should be made EVRS

In govt service specially in vast organisations VRS scheme is in excistence but it is not easy,it takes 3 to 4 months for the approval of VRS and when VRS is approved the individual is given firm date of VRS its normally 2 to three months of time by which date the individual employee says half heartedly good by to his organisation, after that he has run piller to post to get his pension pepers clear. It normally takes 2 years or more to get PPO.Is it fare ? absolutely no.and that is the main reason that the govt employee who want to take VRS have to think twice. Now if the govt make the VRS easy (EVRS)easy volunteery retirement scheme, there would be a rush among the employees to say happly good by to govt service. What the govt should do:-1.Make the Procedures of VRS very easy 2.Approve the VRS within few day(15 to 20 days) 3.Put the option before voluntery retiring person (a) To continue the service till he did not get PPO (2) He can opt out frome continuing the service and say good by the service, his pension should be started within six or seven months.4. All the benifits should be given to EVRS seeker which is given to the employee who is due for superanuation.5.I think many people are there who want to quit the job but he couldn'n because complicacy in VRS.If EVRS is implemented one fourth of the total employees in govt will opt out from service. The govt should make EVRS rather to force the rule of 33 years or sixty years which is earlier, the idea of this will be called force retirement or CRS.The govt should make the things easy not difficult more

Instead of further burdening the Governments and , further continuing underemployment, 25 years Service or 55 years of Age be made as must which also will address the Economically , Educationally and the so called Socially Back ward Classes in the name of Casts while the purpose of participation in the Government Services by Scheduled Area people will be best and promptly and sincerely addressed . This is an altogether and fast redress of the public grievances too. Please . let us think on these lines to befit all . more
