Wait list cross check application
Railways should start an application wherein the passengers can actually put in their waitlist pnr and get to know from the huge database of all the pnrs getting confirmed, of railways what are the chances of that ticket getting confirmed, by this there will be benefits such as-
-- Unnecessary waitlist shooting too high will be avoided,
-- passengers can try in some other trains and avoid last minute inconvinences more

Some of the Air-conditioned chair car compartments in the Chennai--Mysore Shatabdi Express do not have western type toilets.This should be provided. more

The food provided in the Shatabdi trains between Chennai--Mysore and return is of very poor quality.Myself and my wife suffered from food infection after eating the food.Arrangements should be made immediately to improve the quality of food. more
