Wait listed tickets

It will be better to stop issuing wait listed tickets.
Only confirmed and RAC tickets.
Passengers take wating list ticket and sit in reserved coaches forcefully in groups.
RAC should also be within limit as likely to be confirmed.
General coaches must be added in all trains so as to accomodate wait listed and RAC passengers in case tickets are not confirmed.

In a clear term railways want to earn money on all booked tickets i. e. Rs. 20.00, which if a passanger cancelles, railways deduct Rs 20.00 and refund only the balance. Though, railways decided to stop issuing wait list ticket, because of the earnings, they have not stopped this. Unfortunately, the unconfirmed wait listed passanger has to travel in unreserved class. Surprisingly, the reserved coach may have more vacant seats, which remains unoccupied till destination. This is our great indian railways working. more
Correct, Wait list tickets should be stopped and the unreserved tickets should be restricted to the number of seats in unreserved compartments. Railways somehow, need to curtail unreserved passengers from entering reserved coaches This will also ensure safety and well-being of passengers, apart from pleasant journeys. more
Good suggestion but present rail minister is allergic to good suggestions. He is bent upon hurting Senior Citizens both male and female by removing an existing Welfare Scheme of Senior Citizen Concession. more
Very very true. RAC SUGGESTED IS ALSO GOOD. more
It is hundred percent correct what Satypal Singh mentioned. more
