Waiting list persons in reservation compartment .

We have brought to the notice to the officials about the nusance of waiting list people. Still no remedy from the railway authorities. I think that the reservation compartment incharge officials knowingly allow them in the compartments. If the railway check the menace by introducing sudden check by squad in between stations the department can bring the culprits in books. The such passengers with the help of duty officials is enjoying the travel in the reservation compartment. The department must PENALIZE the such officials on the spot itself. Then only this menace can completely eradicated. If the department is not taking stringent action on those officers the people think that the higher up also have a hand on this. more

At present there is no refund for Cancellation of Confirm(Tatkal as well as Regular ) Tickets after Chart Preparation. If Railways make atleast 20-25% Refund for above Tickets means due to the benefits, Passengers will Cancel Tickets and lot of RAC Passengers wii get benefit of Confirmation by simply auto sending of SMS Massages to RAC Passengersas well as to Concerned TTE.. This will improve the satisfaction of Passengers. more
The ttd himself allow openly to regular persons to occupy berths allotted from onway stations so that they can sleep up to that station and after that vacancy will arise and will be issued to this person. See how intelligent more
This is deliberate act by railways to get more revenue. They can easily curtail the WL for any sector/train but that value is kept quite large, especially at the source station. I suddenly come to the station, ask for a NDLS-BPL ticket in 12724, and the waiting for todays' train is say WL320, I say give it, and the operator issues the same. The issue cant be addressed by staff alone. Railways try to cut costs, reduce staff, and also dont check very often and hence staff may get time to relax. Also 1/2 person cant do the removal tasks. Lots of kind of people are there. Spot checks at times are also not fruitful. Considering 9/10 times I dont get caught, I will be happy to give 1 time out of 10, and continue the same. The only solution would be co-passengers asking all WL people to leave the compartment(taking law in their own hands, if required). If unity is shown then all unauthorized people will leave. more
