A) To get loans for agriculture,education and housing the bank people asks so many questions,security and collateral security for a small loan amount. B) repayment : the bank people will have no patience. Even They will try to attach the properties. Becos. Of their harassment only the farmers are venturing suicide. Five or six months back there was a case in the tamilnadu high court regarding a attachments against a tractor loan. The Hon. Judge asked the Bank why you are so harsh for a one time default. What action you have taken on other big loans given without security. You can verify the same with court in Tamilnadu. C) the government is more interested to collect the electricity bill. If we late by one day they will come and remove the fuse and reconnection we have to pay above the table and below the table. The below table money given to come immediately to put the fuse. Otherwise the staff tell so many reasons. D) in Tamil Nadu the Government have to get some 28000 crores from one foreign cell company. They have closed the company n gone.
